I'm trying to learn how to play the 4-string bass guitar. I'm learning how to read music as well. I know the fret board and know how to play all the major and minor scales, but when told it's in the C-scale my notes don't sound the same as the song.

How have you been.I have'nt spoken to you in years. I saw your on the Sadowskys' web site.I see you're still in the bass world. I'm still
playin as well. I'm still plucking and playing. I'm living in Mt.Airy
working on my album. I was music director for boyz to men during the ninetys and got a chance to play music I hate. I did buy a house out of the deal. I'm leaving for Europe
next week to do a jazz fest and record some tracks for some friends of mine. I would like to keep in contact.
